Links Media is a communication planning and multimedia production company focusing on developing public awareness and education programs targeting diverse audiences including women, men, youth, older adults, people with disabilities, rural communities, indigenous communities, health professionals, public officials, business sector, sports and entertainment sector, and the media. We work with clients and their partners to assess the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of their audiences; to develop and implement communication plans; to create and distribute educational and edutainment materials; to evaluate effectiveness of outreach activities; and to create sustainable community-based programs that promote human and environmental health.

Our team of multicultural and multilingual professionals represents communities throughout the U.S., Central and Latin America, the Caribbean and South America. We have access to an extensive network of professionals from the Caribbean and Latin American Region that includes researchers, socio anthropologists, public health educators, environmental scientists, biostatisticians, writers, filmmakers, graphic artists, public relations and media specialists, speech writers, photographers, illustrators, media trainers, marketing and advertising specialists, organizational development trainers, focus groups and meeting facilitators, event and fundraiser planners, and campaign effectiveness evaluation specialists. 

Links Media’s team partner is Hispania Research Corporation, a Puerto Rican-based research company with more than 20 years experience providing companies and institutions in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America and U.S. with optimal tools to make indispensable strategic decisions. HRC provides services to these diverse markets through coordination with an office in Miami, and through subsidiaries in Panama, Costa Rica and Guatemala. In Puerto Rico, HRC established Hispania CATI, a facility to conduct computer-assisted telephone interviews, based on the SPSS MR application.

At the strategic level, HRC collaborates in the development of strategic communication plans for countries and regions, helping clients plan and execute when and how research and messages are deployed. Its extensive data banks on the social, demographic and economic indicators of various regions and countries and the expertise of its multilingual staff combine to deliver successful long-term plans for numerous target audiences. 

Together, Links Media and Hispania Research Corporation provide clients with an understanding of the audience and issues that can inspire and propel communities to take ownership and adopt healthier practices for the growth and sustainability of their countries. By understanding the audiences in relationship to their issues, cultural, economic and environmental conditions and circumstances, we can collaboratively work with organizations and their partners to develop effective strategic communication programs.
