The Chemonics TASC2 Consortium is structured to respond to USAID’s current population, health, and nutrition services requirements. This creative combination of consortium members brings together a wide range of technical expertise, backed up by years of implementation experience around the world. 

Chemonics International Inc. - Overall Management/Institutional Development - one of the largest international development firms has worked to meet the needs of USAID and the people it serves since 1975. Working in 133 countries around the world, Chemonics has managed more than 600 projects in all key development areas, and currently manages close to 60 contracts for USAID in some 50 countries. Chemonics addresses health issues through a comprehensive, multisectoral approach and emphasizes local capacity building, private sector participation, partnerships and institutional strengthening.

Food Economy Group - Food Security/HIV/AIDS - devises practical interventions that improve access to food, income, and health services. FEG provides vulnerability analysis, food security and household assessments, and impact assessments of HIV/AIDS on communities.

Harvard School of Public Health* - Health Sector Reform/Health Policy Analysis – provides technical assistance, training, and research for international government agencies, UN agencies, WHO, and numerous foundations, among others. HSPH developed the National and State Health Accounts methodology used worldwide. Other work includes effectiveness of service management at district or state levels, and extensive work in priority disease programs. 

Helen Keller International - Nutrition - since 1972, has worked to improve the nutritional status of women and children, combat vitamin A deficiency, and eradicate preventable blindness around the world. Currently operating in 25 countries on four continents.

IT Shows* - Internet Communications - leverages information and communication technology (ICT) to improve and advance international health programs, with an emphasis on reproductive health. IT Shows has extensive experience in international health in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Independent states of the former Soviet Union.

JHPIEGO - Human Capacity Development - for 30 years, has used its systemic approach to building sustainable national capacities to educate, train, and support healthcare personnel to increase access and quality services in reproductive health and family planning, maternal and neonatal health, and HIV/AIDS. Currently supporting programs in over 30 countries.

Learning Systems International - E-learning - providing integrated, customized training solutions to government and commercial clients for over 23 years. Specialize in development and delivery of training services and course content in a variety of media, including e-Learning.

Population Services International* - Social Marketing – is the world's largest nonprofit provider of socially marketed family planning, reproductive health, and child survival products and communication services. Through affiliates in over 50 countries, the firm distributes affordable health products through commercial and nongovernmental organizations channels and disseminates information and behavior change communication.

CAMRIS - Health Management Systems - has developed management systems to strengthen health institutions since 1955. Work has included complex, multi-year health decentralization and reform efforts, as well as assistance expanding health delivery programs.

The Manoff Group* - Behavior Change Communication - for 35 years has offered cutting edge behavior-oriented planning and communications for health, nutrition, family planning programs. The firm has expertise in community and individual behavior change including formative and operations research.

The Population Council - Operations Research - has been a leader in research on a broad range of population issues for over 50 years. Its experience is unique in combining demographic studies, operations research, technical assistance, basic research on reproductive physiology, and the development of new contraceptives. 

Training Resources Group – Facilitation/Training/Performance Improvement - has worked in the U.S. and over 100 countries for more than 30 years to design and implement training and performance improvement programs, provide institutional strengthening services, and facilitate stakeholder involvement in numerous sectors including health. 

World Vision - Community Mobilization – is a Christian humanitarian organization serving the world's poorest families and children in more than 100 countries. For five decades, it has built up management and community-based development expertise working with communities in the areas of child survival and HIV/AIDS prevention and education.
